The parable of the workers in the vineyard is an analogy of God's grace. Everyone can repent, accept Jesus as Lord and receive forgiveness at any stage of their life. That is how God's grace works. Christians should rejoice when someone comes to Jesus, in lieu of grumbling because a new believer has received the same gift of grace.Jesus tells a mother "You don't know what you are asking" when she requests her sons sit at His left and His right in the Kingdom. He also heals two blind men who were bold enough to make themselves known to Him.
